Return and Refunds Policy:
We package and send out every order carefully, but sadly there are times when the postal service causes delays or damages that can't be avoided. We apologize in advance for any problems this may cause you.
As a customer, you are important to us. We want you to love every item that enters your home. If anything is damaged, just let us know within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org, and at Revved Up's discretion, we will replace or refund the damaged items. We do not cover damage claims or missing packages on shipments outside of the US.
We accept replacements / refunds / returns for only broken bottles, or non perishable items.
Merchandise and Non-Perishable Items
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any non-perishable items in its original condition within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.

We accept returns of items in its original condition, through the mail. If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective, Revved Up will cover the shipping cost to return your item. However, if you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or no longer want the item, the customer will pay for the return shipping cost.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your return. If you are being refunded to your original payment method, it can take 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
