Revved Up hot sauces, last about one year, but we have customers that are coming back for seconds, after two weeks! You can also store it in a dry and cool place, or in the refrigerator. If you received a damaged product, we require that you send an email, within 3 days of delivery; explaining what happened, and picture evidence for proof of damage. Once you notify us that your item was damaged, at Revved Up’s discretion, we will then refund or replace the damaged product. We do not cover damage claims or missing packages on shipments outside of the US. We do not accept returns on opened bottles. We accept replacements / refunds / returns for only broken bottles, or non perishable items. When I was younger, I loved hot sauce. It was always my go-to condiment for any dish. I started to realize that I was using way too much hot sauce & couldn't really taste my food anymore. That's when I knew I needed to find a hot sauce that had flavor before heat. From traveling the world tasting new cuisines, to visiting hot sauce conventions, I finally got the courage to start my own company in 2020, during a world pandemic, & have been living my dream ever since.
