Peri-Peri Ghost Cheddar Tuna Melt with a topped with a few drops of Jalapeño

Spicy tuna melts filled with amazing flavor and a kick of heat from jalapeño & your favorite hot sauce. This easy, spicy tuna melt recipe is topped with cheddar for the perfect, savory lunch or dinner that’s packed with protein!
This delicious dish has everything you need in one awesome package; great taste, tons of protein, lots of spice thanks to Revved Up's peri-peri ghost hot sauce, and those final jalapeno drops inside each sandwich-like patty--plus it's super quick and simple to make too!
1 (5 ounce) can yellowfin tuna, drained (we like to use tuna that’s packed in water)
1 tablespoon mayo
1 teaspoon Revved Up peri-peri ghost hot sauce
Freshly ground salt and pepper
2 slices your favorite bread, a thicker sliced bread is always nice
2 slices sharp cheddar cheese (or your fav cheese!)
Revved Up Jalapeño Hot sauce to put on top (if desired)
In a medium bowl, mix together drained tuna, mayo, peri-peri ghost hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Toast your bread the way you want it. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over each slice. Top each with a slice of cheese. Top with extra jalapeño hot sauce, if desired.
Place under the broiler for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
