My Favorite Ways to Use Each Flavor of Hot Sauce

Food is one of my favorite things in the world. I love trying new dishes and exploring different cuisines. And, of course, I love hot sauce.

There are so many different flavors of hot sauce, and each one has its own unique flavor profile. I started my hot sauce business because I wanted to focus on a collection of sauces that have flavor before heat. My favorite way to use each flavor is different, but they all have one thing in common: they make food taste amazing!

In this blog post, we will explore some of my favorite ways to use each flavor of hot sauce. From breakfast tacos to omelettes, there's a sauce for everyone! And these flavors mean business!

The back of every food label has recommendations on how to use each flavor. We have a Jalapeno hot sauce, a Serrano hot sauce, a pineapple bomb hot sauce, our Southern Style hot sauce, our spicy cayenne, and our peri-peri ghost. All the different flavors mean that there is a hot sauce for every course!

First up is our Jalapeno hot sauce. This sauce has a nice, mild/medium heat level that pairs well with breakfast tacos. I love using it to add some spice and flavor to my eggs and bacon. It's also great on other Mexican-inspired dishes like enchiladas or quesadillas. Our jalapeño hot sauce is also a customer favorite for breakfast burritos and tacos.

Next is our Serrano hot sauce. This sauce has a higher heat level than the Jalapeno, but it still has a lot of flavor. It's a has a more robust and earthy texture and flavor. I personally love using it on tamales and other Mexican dishes, but it's also great on chicken or pork chops. The flavoring of this serrano hot sauce makes it our most versatile.

Our pineapple bomb hot sauce is next. Sweet with a kick. This hot sauce's key natural ingredients are pineapples, habaneros, honey, onions, garlic, ginger, orange juice, lime juice, so it has a really unique flavor. I love using it in fried rice, because the sweetness of the pineapple pairs really well with the salty of the soy sauce. It's also good on chicken wings. It's also great in cocktails, like a Margarita or Mai Tai. This is our bestseller, and it's easy to see why!

Our Southern Style hot sauce is up next. This sauce is made with a blend of cayenne peppers and is perfect for omelettes or grits. It also goes well on burgers, sandwiches, and tacos. The taste is pretty versatile, so it can be used in a lot of different dishes. This hot sauce is what you'd be most familiar with, but blended with carrots, onions and garlic for extra flavor and a beautiful orange color. My favorite way to use it is poured all over my nachos for football game day.

Our spicy cayenne hot sauce is next. This sauce has a really nice heat level that's not too overwhelming, blended with molasses and Worcestershire sauce, cayenne peppers, habanero peppers and a red wine vinegar. The characterizing flavor of this sauce is the sweet and smokiness, so it's great on pasta dishes or in chili or pizza or steak. I love adding it to my tomato sauce to give it an extra kick. Our spicy cayenne hot sauce is also great in Bloody Marys! Food, cocktails, and spice, what could be better?

Our final sauce is the peri-peri ghost pepper hot sauce. This sauce is made with ghost peppers, peri-peri peppers, and cayenne peppers, and a red wine vinegar and chili sauce. It has a bbq sauce like spicy flavor with a slow burn of the ghost pepper, and a great flavor too. I love using it on tuna melts or on tacos. So there you have it! Six of my favorite ways to use each flavor of hot sauce.
