Learn how to rev up your meals

The key to having a great weeknight dinner is planning ahead. Planning out what you're going to eat throughout the week can make life more manageable! Make sure to plan not only for that night but also every other evening so there's no guesswork involved when it comes time to cooking again. Having an idea before going grocery shopping about what type of foods will be needed for each meal saves time since there won't be any need to go back over a list after making purchases

Start cooking in bulk by prepping ingredients and store what you don't need right away for later use - it's like creating your own convenience food!  If cooking isn't your thing try pre-made frozen meals from places like Trader Joe's (or another favorite spot).

Cooking with spices, herbs, and sauces instead of salt can make food taste better without adding calories or preservatives that are bad for you. Be creative! Try mixing different sauces, condiments, dressings, and spices together. Try cooking with them, adding them to soup, making them into a salmon glaze, or adding it onto your burger. There are so many ways to make your easy dishes, have so much fun and flavor, whether you like cooking or not!
