Ingredients
2 Slices Sourdough Bread
1 Tbs Butter
2 Tbs Aioli Spread
2 Slices Cheddar Cheese
2 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread.
Flip the bread over and spread aioli on each slice.
Heat a pan over medium low heat.
Place on slice of bread in the pan, aioli side down. Add cheese on top of bread. Add second slice on top, aioli side up.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
Flip the sandwich over and continue cooking until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
